Roof and Realm SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RORE Manufacturing, Inc., doing business as Roof and Realm, handles information for its SMS messaging program. The current program is limited to internal testing of our Zoom Phone and Zoho CRM integration with staff or administrators who request and consent to participate.
Information we use
We use the participant’s name, mobile number, SMS consent and opt-out records, message content, and related delivery and communication records to send requested test messages, receive confirmation replies, verify delivery, and check CRM logging.
How we use and disclose information
We use this information to operate and troubleshoot the SMS program, respond to participant requests, maintain communication records, and meet applicable obligations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes or for lead generation. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own use.
Service providers, including our messaging and CRM providers and telecommunications carriers, may process information only as necessary to deliver messages, operate the program, maintain records, or support these services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Consent and your choices
Participation is voluntary. We obtain written authorization before sending test messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; the current test involves one initial test message and limited confirmation replies. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention and protection
We retain SMS information only as long as reasonably needed for the program, communication records, consent and opt-out requests, and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, although no communication or storage method guarantees complete security.
