Roof and Realm SMS Terms

Effective date: October 11, 2026

Program

RORE Manufacturing, Inc., doing business as Roof and Realm, operates an SMS program for internal testing of its Zoom Phone and Zoho CRM integration. Participating staff and administrators receive requested integration test notices and receipt-confirmation requests and may reply with test results. This program does not send customer marketing messages.

Participation and frequency

Participation requires your written opt-in. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; initial testing involves one test message and limited confirmation replies.

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability; messages may be delayed or may not arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, email [email protected], or call (866) 404-1148.

Privacy

Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, message records, and SMS consent.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional purposes, or lead generation. Service providers may process information as needed to deliver and support our messages.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. We will obtain appropriate consent and provide updated disclosures before expanding this internal test program.
